About the role:
Due to the expansion of our Business Support Department we have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our progressive firm and friendly team, based from either our Bideford or Launceston office.
The right candidate will have practical experience of cloud-based computerised bookkeeping systems, for example Xero and QuickBooks and be fully IT literate.?
An ability to learn new processes and a keen interest in digitalisation and is an essential part of this role.
The ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people is also a fundamental part of this role as is the skill to explain technical processes to others as it will include the need to provide one to one training and telephone support to our clients on their chosen software.
A willingness and aptitude to learn new software and processes is essential and training can be provided where required.?
The position is full time, based in either our Bideford or Launceston Office, although travel to clients' premises will be required so a full driving license and own vehicle is required.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate would have excellent I.T. knowledge with the ability to use a variety of software and databases. Communication is a key skill for this role as it requires regular client contact and addressing client queries.

Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
