What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join us as an Apprentice Accountant. Whether you're a school leaver with GCSEs, a University graduate, or someone considering a career change, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed. If you're excited about the future of accounting and eager to become an expert in Making Tax Digital (MTD) ahead of the 2026 legislation changes, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

As an Apprentice Accountant at Bee Motion, you'll have the opportunity to take on a variety of tasks and grow your skill set, including:

Client Interaction:

Greet and assist clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Support clients in gathering financial records efficiently. Communicate effectively via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Work Duties:

Manage client portfolios and support client managers with day-to-day tasks. Carry out monthly bookkeeping using AI and cloud-based software. Draft and prepare monthly management reports and accounts for sole traders. Handle payroll duties and assist with accounting queries.
Administration:

Operate our practice management system with precision. Accurately record and maintain client data. Support the team to satisfy client requests.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: 16,000 - 23,000 per year.

Monday to Friday: 08:30 am - 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

Ideal Candidate:

GCSEs (or equivalent) are preferred but not essential. Enthusiasm for accounting and willingness to learn new skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Exceptional work ethic Ability to commute or relocate to Stockport, SK1 4HE.
