What are we looking for?



Someone who is passionately immersed in the Digital Marketing landscape. As a Digital Account / Project Manager your role will be a key role in managing website and digital marketing projects, both internally and with clients and partners. You are an organiser, relationship builder, the thinker on the feet. You know the importance of and thrive on achieving results, knowing the impact those results have on your clients' businesses.

Main areas of responsibility:



- Act as a support to the day-to-day clients, managing all relevant projects, administrative, organisational and financial management elements, meeting/liaising regularly with clients to discuss and action requirements, and delivering a highly responsive, efficient and effective service throughout

- Act as a point of contact for both the client as well as internally, working collaboratively with agency teams and directors, coordinating day-to-day digital projects and communicating effectively with all involved

- Manage and deliver both website and digital projects effectively and efficiently, on schedule and within budget - always working to project management and client servicing processes, standards of output and expectations

- Brief the relevant team/s (creative/digital/content/strategy/social)) correctly and manage the delivery of projects from brief through to completion, coordinating teams and reviewing work throughout the project stages

- Handle financial management effectively within projects, costing for work appropriately and managing project costs, invoicing.

- Consistently develop and apply an in-depth understanding of the client's sector and business, keeping up-to-date with market trends and opportunities

- Work independently, consistently reporting into the Digital Director as required, as well as support Account Directors, the team and/or the agency Directors on projects.

Skills and experience



- Ideally educated to a degree standard with a specialism in digital marketing or through experience, a good working knowledge of managing website projects from conception through to completion, SEO, PPC, CRM, Display and analytics.

- Good working knowledge of Wordpress CMS and other website platforms. Good knowledge of Google analytics (GA4)

- Project Management qualifications are highly desirable.

- Experience of playing a key, central role in multi-disciplinary projects and/or campaigns; an in-depth understanding of digital channels and processes is also an asset

- Strong organisational skills - We are looking for a highly organised individual, capable of juggling several projects/tasks simultaneously and with excellent attention to detail
