We are seeking a results-driven and performance-focused
Performance Marketing Specialist
to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across
Google Ads
,
Facebook (Meta)
, and
TikTok Ads
, with a strong understanding of
SEO best practices
. This role is responsible for driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and increasing ROI through paid media and organic search strategies. You will play a key role in executing data-driven campaigns that directly impact growth and revenue.
Responsibilities
Digital Ads Strategy Development and Execution:
Independently planning, setting up, and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and TikTok Ads, aligned with company objectives and market trends.
Creative Asset Creation:
You will be able to use AI and Canva or other tools to create image assets, text assets and provide direction for Video asset creation. (You do not need to edit videos but may use AI to create videos if needed).
Campaign Optimisation and Performance Tracking:
Continuously monitoring campaign performance (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.), conducting A/B tests, and optimising ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximise Return on Investment (ROI).
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Regularly analysing advertising data and website traffic, producing clear performance reports, and providing data-driven, actionable insights and optimisation recommendations to the team.
Budget Management:
Effectively managing advertising budgets to ensure marketing objectives are met within allocated spend.
Market Insights and Collaboration:
Staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising and SEO, and collaborating closely with content, design, and other relevant teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
SEO Strategy Implementation:
(Optional) Executing comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimisation, technical SEO audits, and off-page link building, to enhance website visibility and organic traffic in search engines.
Requirements (Essential Skills & Experience):
Core Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms, with a proven track record and ability to provide successful case studies.
Data Analysis Skills:
Proficient in Google Analytics, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Language Proficiency:
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal), essential for this UK-based role.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, proactive and self-driven, strong time management and organisational skills, and a collaborative team player.
Optional: SEO Skills: Strong understanding and practical experience in SEO, proficient with leading SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
