We are recruiting with potential of an immediate Start to be based in office mon-fri in our offices in South Liverpool.



We're looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy and performance-driven

E-Commerce & Digital Operations Manager

to oversee the website, ads, analytics and digital systems across our beauty, lash and wellness brands.

This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, improving performance, analysing numbers and optimising everything behind the scenes to help the brand grow.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Management & Website Optimisation



Manage, update and optimise multiple Shopify stores across our brand family. Improve site layout, product pages, navigation, collections and user experience. Ensure all banners, graphics and launch assets are uploaded smoothly. Create landing pages for promotions, launches and bundles. Make sure the websites are fast, clean, functional and always up to date. Troubleshoot issues (apps, checkout, pages, product visibility, etc.). Run regular audits to ensure everything is working smoothly. Must be comfortable adding apps, learning and researching what can benefit the brands and implementing them.

Paid Advertising - Google, Meta & TikTok



Oversee Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max). Manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for retargeting and growth. Support TikTok Ads where needed. Create and test audiences, creatives, hooks and campaign structures. Improve ROAS and reduce wasted spend. Monitor daily performance and adjust campaigns accordingly. Track competitor ads and trends in beauty/e-commerce.

Analytics, Testing & Reporting



Use Google Analytics, Shopify analytics and ad dashboards to monitor performance. Pull daily/weekly reports, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, retention, email performance. Identify what's working and what needs improving. Run A/B tests (landing pages, product pages, checkout experiences and email flows). Track user behaviour (heat maps, recordings, drop-off points). Make data-driven suggestions for improvements.

Klaviyo Email & SMS



Build and update automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.). Create segments based on behaviour, purchase history, loyalty and engagement. Send weekly campaigns for each brand. Improve deliverability, open rates, CTR and conversions. Create email templates and work with the content team to add visuals. Analyse results and optimise accordingly.

SEO & Organic Performance



Improve SEO across all websites (metadata, titles, internal links, alt text, keywords). Help plan monthly blogs with SEO keywords. Ensure product pages are search-friendly. Track keyword rankings and search visibility. Recommend opportunities for organic growth (backlinks, niche keywords, competitors gaps).

Product, Pricing, Bundles & Launch Support



Upload new products, variants and collections to Shopify if needed. Create bundles, promotions and offers. Ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are correct. Support the team during launches, landing pages, emails, tracking, countdowns, banners. Keep an eye on stock levels and flag low stock items.

Systems, Apps & Automation



Manage Shopify apps (reviews, upsells, subscriptions, tracking, loyalty). Ensure pixels, tracking, conversion APIs and events are working correctly. Clean up broken links, 404 pages, redirects and old assets. Help streamline internal processes with tech solutions.

Trend Watching & Competitor Analysis



Monitor competitor websites, funnels, product launches and promotions. Analyse what other beauty, lash and wellness brands are doing successfully. Bring new ideas for digital growth, funnels and performance improvements. Stay updated on best practices for Shopify, ads, SEO and email.
A willing to learn or adapt to anything new we may need to benefit the brand family.

Experience Needed



2+ years managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and retargeting strategies. Experience with Klaviyo automations and segmentation. Confident using Google Analytics, Shopify analytics and reporting tools. SEO knowledge (on-page optimisation, metadata, structural improvements). Experience improving website conversion rates. Strong technical/problem-solving skills. Knowledge of TikTok Shop is a bonus but not essential.

Extremely organised and detail-driven. Analytical thinker. you love data. Tech-savvy, comfortable with apps, tracking, dashboards and Shopify tools. Proactive, you spot problems before they happen. Calm under pressure (especially around launches). A problem-solver who enjoys fixing and improving things. Team player, good communicator, works closely with content + marketing. Hungry to grow and help the brands scale quickly. Interested in beauty, wellness and e-commerce trends.
