Here at ITK we are a digital agency, working primarily on end to end digital strategy within music, venues and festivals.

We are looking to hire a data-driven digital marketer who thrives on delivering high-impact advertising campaigns. Someone with excellent attention to detail, and fantastic organisation skills, this is a fast paced role for someone up for the challenge of working in a boutique agency, working closely with the directors and clients alike.

The successful candidate will take ownership of our paid media strategy and drive measurable growth across multiple channels and clients.

As part of our fast-growing marketing team, you'll manage multi-channel campaigns, test new initiatives, optimise budgets, and use analytics to constantly elevate performance. Role Overview



The Digital Advertising Manager will lead the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic channels, and emerging platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management skills, and strong analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities



Strategy & Planning



Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy aligned with company and client goals. Plan cross-channel advertising campaigns that drive conversion, lead generation, and brand visibility. Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market assessments to identify opportunities.

Campaign Management



Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and programmatic networks. Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximising ROI. Conduct A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments. Oversee creative asset development in collaboration with designers and content teams.

Analytics & Reporting



Monitor key performance metrics daily and adjust strategies accordingly. Build regular performance dashboards and present insights to stakeholders. Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Collaboration & Leadership



Work closely with the broader marketing team and wider group businesses, to ensure paid campaigns align with overall brand messaging and campaign calendars. Coordinate with sales, product, and external agencies where necessary. Mentor junior team members or freelancers as needed.

Required Skills & Experience



2-3+ years' experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns. Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and social advertising platforms. Proven track record of delivering measurable performance improvements and revenue growth. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, remarketing, attribution models, and conversion optimisation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns at once. Experience of working with event promoters, festivals and music events and artists, a significant advantage.
