Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and Google Ads. Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform advertising decisions and optimise campaign performance. Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and drives audience engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing efforts. Utilise data analysis and reporting on campaign performance metrics. Lead projects from conception through execution, ensuring timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance advertising effectiveness. Demonstrate strong time management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Experience

Proven experience in advertising or marketing roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Proficiency in email marketing platforms and social media management tools. Familiarity with Google Ads and analytics tools for tracking campaign performance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and drive project success. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights. Solid IT & AI skills for data manipulation and reporting. Exceptional time management abilities, ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
