Job Role


We are looking for a Digital Advisor to join a leading infrastructure project on the exciting Old Oak Common project as part of the Digital Field Team. This role supports the deployment and day-to-day management of digital tools and systems used on site, contributing to improved collaboration, compliance, and digital innovation across the project lifecycle.



You will work closely with the Digital Field Manager, Information Manager, and BIM Manager, supporting users, onboarding new team members, monitoring digital tool usage, and helping develop workflows, data models, and reporting dashboards. This role is crucial for ensuring consistent and compliant use of digital systems by all project stakeholders, including subcontractors.

Duties


Assist the Digital Field Manager with the production, deployment, and delivery of Digital Field Systems and user training. Support creation and management of workflows, tasks, forms, and templates. Monitor digital system health and resolve technical issues with suppliers or support teams. Onboard new users, manage accounts, permissions, and work areas. Work with project managers and engineers to plan user onboarding in line with site activities. Assist in developing and deploying data models and digital reporting tools (e.g., Power BI dashboards). Track subcontractor compliance with digital tools and project processes. Support governance and user compliance across Digital Field Systems. Assist with data extraction, conversion, and storage where required. Collaborate in integrating systems via APIs into the Project's Common Data Environment. Provide ongoing support to users, enabling confident and compliant digital tool usage.

Person Specification


Proven experience in deploying and managing digital systems, preferably in a construction or infrastructure environment. Competent using both Excel and Power BI to a high level Ability to manipulate and present data effectively. Experience supporting end users and resolving digital tool issues. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Collaborative, proactive, and professional work approach.

Contract Type: Permanent


Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday
