What you\'ll do

The Digital Agile Delivery Manager is accountable for facilitating and leading the delivery on all Digital business led activities on complex product initiatives from ideation to execution, partnering with Technology on implementation and Channel readiness. We believe organising around customer value is at the heart of our new Agile Delivery Model.

Key accountabilities:

  • Coaches and supports multiple teams to manage a diverse range of product and programme initiative launches. Helps teams understand and adopt agile practices, principles, and frameworks.
  • Facilitates the teams in breaking down increments of value through capturing and analysing business requirements to support the definition of miniable viable product.
  • Supports the product lead in backlog prioritisation and facilitates the discovery of demand from ideation to Digital GTM channel implementation .
  • Facilitates definition of "ready" to enter PI (Program Increment): Works closely with Product Owners, UX team, business and technical colleagues across multiple squads and stakeholders to define the criteria and ensure that features are "ready" to be included in the Program Increment. Ensures that all dependencies and pre-requisites are met.
  • Measures flow and facilitates removal of cross-functional impediments: Measures the flow of work across multiple squads that form various Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Identifies and facilitates the removal of cross-functional impediments and blockers that impact the delivery of value and are customer impacting. Collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
  • Supports and facilitates team events: Assists in organizing and facilitating various team events where applicable, such as sprint reviews and retrospectives. Ensures that these events are productive and that teams have the necessary support and resources.
  • Leads Go-To-Market (GTM) activity for Digital: Takes the lead in co-ordinating and providing end-to-end product delivery updates for the Digital department. Establishes a single communication flow to keep stakeholders informed about the progress, achievements, and challenges related to product delivery.
Who you are
  • Experience in Agile development and working with offshore teams
  • Proven experience of delivering change projects and programmes from conception to completion
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work flexibly within a complex and cross-programme environment
  • Proven virtual team management experience
  • Proficient in defined project management methodologies in leading SAFe, Agile or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience)
  • Commercial understanding/acumen of business KPIs
  • Solid understanding of digital technology through delivery of Web, App, eCommerce, eSales projects
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access and Visio).
  • Awareness of current technological & industry trends and initiatives
  • Excellent presentation skills
