Hatter House Cafe (Clare Street & Broadmead) and Anaya Restaurant in Bristol are passionate about great food, warm service, and building strong community connections. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive individual to strengthen our online presence and manage our digital platforms across both brands.

The Role

We are looking for a Digital & Delivery Platforms Assistant to manage and grow our online delivery platforms (Deliveroo & Uber Eats), the Hatter House mobile application, websites, and social media channels for both brands.

This is a key role that blends creative marketing, digital strategy, and platform management, ensuring both brands remain visible, engaging, and competitive online.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Platforms & App

Develop and implement strategies to grow our delivery segment across Deliveroo and Uber Eats, including planning and running targeted promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.

Ensure all product information, pricing, images, and menu layouts are fully up to date and visually optimised to increase conversions.

Monitor campaign results and platform analytics to evaluate performance, report insights to management, and recommend strategic improvements to boost sales.

Oversee the launch, daily management, and growth of the Hatter House mobile application, including coordinating promotions and implementing the rollout plan.

Work with management to integrate the app into our overall marketing strategy and drive customer engagement.

Websites

Manage and regularly update both brands' websites, ensuring that menus, promotions, opening times, and content are always accurate and current.

Maintain a consistent and professional online presence, ensuring the sites are visually aligned with brand identity and remain user-friendly.

Liaise with management or developers to resolve technical issues quickly and keep the websites performing smoothly.

Social Media & Marketing

Plan and create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Schedule regular posts, promotions, and campaigns that reflect each brand's style and identity.

Respond to customer messages and comments professionally and promptly.

Analyse performance across delivery platforms, the app, websites, and social media to drive growth and suggest data-led improvements.

Coordinate closely with management and operations to ensure promotions and menu changes are rolled out consistently across all platforms.

Requirements

Previous experience using Deliveroo and/or Uber Eats partner platforms is ideal (training can be provided if needed).

Experience managing websites and/or launching a digital platform (e.g., mobile app, e-commerce site) is a strong plus.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other major social media platforms.

Good written English and communication skills.

Basic photography/video and editing skills (phone-based content is fine).

Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Right to work in the UK.

Benefits

Flexible working hours.

Staff discounts across all locations.

Friendly, supportive team environment.

Opportunity to grow with the business as we expand.
