We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to provide personalised academic support to students across various subjects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and experience working with children or individuals requiring specialised education. Responsibilities



Deliver engaging training sessions, create lesson plans, and provide technical instruction on topics relevant to digital and IT apprenticeships (e.g., software, cybersecurity, data analysis). Mentor apprentices, assist with homework and study skills, and provide one-on-one or small group support to help them master concepts. Mark formative and summative assessments, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to help apprentices improve. Assist in developing customized learning plans and adapt training materials to meet the needs of the apprentices. Stay current with the latest technological developments and industry trends to ensure the training provided is relevant and up-to-date. Work with stakeholders, such as employers, to manage expectations and ensure the apprenticeship program is meeting its objectives. Manage administrative tasks, such as documenting progress and maintaining records.

Skills and qualifications



Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and adapt communication to different learning styles. Ability to manage time effectively, organize lessons, and handle administrative tasks efficiently. Capacity to help apprentices troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions. Previous experience in a teaching, tutoring, or mentoring role is often required or preferred. Experience with online learning platforms or virtual tutoring tools is beneficial.
