We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in an independent school focusing on SEMH.
The Headteacher and Proprietary Board of this successful and growing school are looking to appoint a Digital and Operations Lead who will play a significant role in the next stage of our journey, as we work towards increasing our student numbers, working across a range of sites in the North West.
The role will encompass leading on the school's marketing, ICT and site facilities.
Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Marketing
Maintaining and developing our school website Producing newsletters Leading on open days/parental evenings Producing school promotional brochures Managing social media posts Keeping an electronic folder of photographs and videos to be used for marketing purposes
ICT
Organising ICT equipment across multiple sites - laptop trolleys / Computers / TV screens Managing password and usernames across all sites Dealing with staff ICT jobs Leading on emerging technologies for our school, looking at improving and developing our school's ICT and computing facilities
Premises
Managing and overseeing group premises - ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to Negotiating with contractors for instalment and repair of equipment and premises Overseeing H&S testing e.g. Legionella, water temp Maintaining the general school premises, furniture and fittings, and reporting any issues Carrying out small repairs and DIY projects Arranging larger repairs and obtain quotes from contractors
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 32,000.00-38,000.00 per year
