Digital Concierge - Oceania Cruises - Luxury cruise liner

This position teaches the guests how to use their mobile devices, take pictures/videos, edit pictures/videos.

Teach the guests how to post to social media and share their pictures/videos

Up to date on all new things with social media.

Shipboard experience is required

Teaching experience is required.

Contract: 4 months on/ 2 months off

Cabin: Single

Uniform: Personal Clothing, business professional

Salary: $3,400 (US Dollars) per month while onboard

The Digital Concierge will host digital classes, provide guests with technical support, facilitate meeting requests and be the overall onboard digital liaison with onboard teams and corporate Marketing. Secondary responsibilities support onboard photography challenges, sharing photos/videos with corporate marketing and the Vista onboard APP content.

TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and relationship building skills with guests Passion for photography, videography, and social programs Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and other social programs Excellent written, oral communication and presentational skills in

English

Customer Service, Marketing / Sales experience

Photo and video editing experience

Ability to perform minor

trouble shooting on PC / wireless networks

along with proficiency in Excel, Word, and other PC software applications.

Strong computer and mobile phone knowledge (wireless internet experience and basic networking skills a plus)

Internet savvy, sales-oriented management ability

Associate degree or equivalent communications experience required Strong organizational skills
