We're looking for a results-driven
Digital Marketing Executive
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with environment and has strong hands-on skills across SEO, PPC, paid social, and email automation.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns for Simul, with a focus on performance marketing for ecommerce products like Morf.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Create and manage email campaigns and flows using tools like Klaviyo, Lemlist, and Apollo
- Segment and target ecommerce and B2B audiences across different industries
- Write, test and optimise campaign copy, automation sequences, and follow-up flows
- Help build lead magnet strategies and conversion workflows
SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct keyword research and support the creation of SEO-optimised landing pages
- Contribute to on-page SEO efforts and collaborate on blog content plans
- Monitor site performance via GA4 and Search Console and make optimisation recommendations
- Brief designers and developers on technical or content-related updates
Content & Social Media
- Draft and publish engaging LinkedIn content such as case studies, thought leadership, and before/after visual comparisons
- Help plan and create lead magnets, toolkits, and downloadable resources
- Support the creation of success stories, AR walkthroughs and demo content for website and social use
- Manage organic content calendars and monitor engagement
- Efficient in the use of Adobe or Canva to create engaging visual content.
Conversion Optimisation (CRO)
- Work on enhancing landing pages and website UX to drive demo requests and lead capture
- Support the creation and testing of sticky CTAs, trust-building assets and homepage video elements
- Collaborate with design and dev teams to implement high-converting user journeys
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in a digital marketing or content role (agency experience a plus)
- Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, lead magnets and organic content strategy
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Canva & Adobe
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience marketing B2B
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Self-starter who is confident taking ownership of day-to-day campaign activity
