ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Digital Construction Managers are a valuable part of our business. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of Digital Construction/BIM-related project deliverables in coordination with other disciplines/departments within the agreed timescales and budget. You will manage Digital Programme and Budget development and contribute to Wates Digital Strategic Direction.
As our Digital Construction Manager you will:

• Produce Digital and BIM project documentation (e.g. BEP) in accordance with project and organisational requirements
• Manage resource to ensure alignment of project delivery with the prescribed Information Management standards such as ISO 19650
• Supervise the Self-Delivery of outsourcing activities in relation to model and data validation activities such as Clash Detection and COBie Validation
• Supervise activities of Information Management function in using Common Data Environments (CDE's) to support project delivery and coordinate with Digital activities
• Lead the coordination of Digital activities with other areas of the Digital Construction function including Information Management
