WSP Digital Advisory are a digital consultancy department supporting clients along their digital transformation journey. Working together to determine how digital technologies and processes could enhance their business processes and efficiencies. The role of the digital consultant will be the primary client facing position that consults and advises the client on the creation and delivery of their digital strategies. In order to achieve this, we are seeking confident & pro-active consultants who have experience of delivering client workshops and developing & delivering digital strategy and digital transformation projects. Your new role, what\'s involved?

We have a number of Digital applications developed in house making up our Digital Toolkit. These are deployed to both in house WSP departments and externally to clients to support their digital requirements. It will be expected as part of this role, that the Digital Consultant will develop a sound understanding of the Digital Toolkit - supporting the Product ownership, development, future roadmap of these applications. The Digital Consultant will need to be confident in delivering client demos of these applications.

This role will not only look at which WSP Digital applications can support Clients Digital Strategies, but to have a good knowledge of 3rd party solutions and offerings in the market that best suit client requirements and build relationships with the businesses to deliver these. This role requires excellent Digital Advisory and Consultancy skills.

This is a client facing role and will require a confident and charismatic person to drive and build customer relationships. The utilisation target for this role is around 70%. We\'d love to hear from you if you have:

• Demonstrable experience as a client facing Digital consultant/business analyst/change consultant in a technical and/or software delivery role.
• Demonstrable experience of consulting practices, including:

• holding client workshops
• process analysis/design
• solutions implementation
• requirements investigation
• creation of standard documentation i.e., requirements summary, solutions proposals, functional specifications, user requirements, user journeys, workflows etc.
• Demonstrable experience in delivery business change to clients
• A demonstrated ability of Project management capabilities to plan and manage deliverables in line with timescales.
• Experience of using Jira and the wider Atlassian suite, or similar products, to manage project delivery.
• Competence in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio as well as experience in one wire framing tool.
• Able to work both autonomously and in a cross-functional team as appropriate.
• A strong understanding of agile software delivery, lean methodologies and design thinking
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and visual (diagrammatic) communication skills, confident in presenting technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience of working with a Software Platform

Technical knowledge would be an advantage, demonstratable understanding/intelligence of any of the following would be a standout candidate.

• Azure Infrastructure/Architecture, Data Architecture Design & Migration, API\xe2\x80\x99s Development, Software development technologies, AI, Machine Learning, Digital Twin, Power BI
