One of the firms I\'m working with are actively looking for 2 consultants to join their large technical team. They take on all manner of projects related to Dynamics and Power Platform Applications, with extensive and ongoing training as well as some of the most supportive staff within the industry, they\'re proud to be recognised as a Gold Partner and work with over 200 businesses within the UK on application development and digital transformation projects. With key areas being within the finance, banking, and insurance industries, they\'ve experienced sustained growth over the past 4 years, (headcount growing by some 41%), and are now in a privileged position to begin hiring once more before the end of the year.

Joining this firm will not only allow yourself room to flex your muscles and take on challenging projects, but an opportunity to catapult your skills to the next level. Whilst most consultancies operate to 85% charge rate plus, this focuses more on the 75%, allowing you more time and opportunity to learn and grow in experience. They offer free accreditation and certification in all D365, Power Platform and Azure areas and encourage a culture of promoting within (hence the need for these roles). As such, many of the staff continue to stay and grow their careers, with the average tenure being some 4.7 years, almost double the industry standard.

Whilst no two days will be the same within this Dynamics firm, your key responsibilities will include:
Requirement gathering - fit-gap analysis
Documentation of requirements for design / build
Delivery of training workshops to clients and solution handover

Some of the key skills you\'ll need are as follows:
Exposure to MS Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM) + 2 years
Exposure to Power Platform + 2 years
Ability to understand and improve the customer experience - how they\'ve won a lot of business
Strong interpersonal skills - you\'ll be joining a large squad of 15

Nice to have but not essential:
Field Service Experience
Javascript Experience

This role offers remote-first working, with the expectation of being on the business\'s site just one day a month.
