We're looking for a creative and motivated Digital Content & Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll take the lead in creating engaging content for our social media channels and email campaigns, playing a vital part in promoting our products and growing our online community.
You'll work closely with the wider marketing and product teams to plan and execute content that reflects our brand, support product launches, and drive engagement, follower growth, and sales.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality videos, Reels, and graphics for social media, email campaigns, and web use
Develop compelling copy for social posts, emails, and campaign materials
Generate and implement creative campaign ideas that align with our products and audience interests
Plan content calendars in line with product launches and seasonal trends
Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok accounts
Schedule and post engaging organic content
Monitor and respond to community interactions to boost engagement
Track, review, and report on the performance of social content and campaigns
Create and send email campaigns focused on sales, product launches, and engagement
Experience and Skills
Proven experience creating engaging digital content (videos, graphics, Reels/TikToks)
Strong visual and copywriting skills with attention to detail
Experience managing and growing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and campaign building
Confident using scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite)
Creative thinking with a strong understanding of what resonates with different audiences
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Creative thinking and the ability to spot new trends for improved performance
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
An ability to prioritise well and work under tight deadlines
Proactive and able to drive results unsupervised as well demonstrating strong teamwork skills
Experience in effectively placing social media advertising would be advantageous
Permanent, full time, office based preferable (hybrid option available for the right candidate)
Monday - Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm Friday 9.00am to 4pm
