At Class Professional Publishing, we're dedicated to creating award-winning digital resources that support the ambulance services in their important work. We're looking for a talented and motivated Digital Content Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of digital content and technology, contributing to the development and refinement of our top-tier digital offerings.

As a Digital Content Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our editorial department, supporting the delivery of high-quality digital content. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Content Development:

Assisting in creating and preparing content for publication across our apps and websites.

Content Management:

Uploading and organising materials in our database, ensuring seamless publication.

Quality Control:

Checking content for style, consistency and accuracy before it goes live.

Account Management:

You will liaise directly with our key clients to ensure their bespoke content meets their needs.

Software Testing:

Supporting our product development by testing apps and website resources that are in beta.

Collaboration:

Working closely with our Head of Digital Strategy and our Editors to ensure all content aligns with the project brief and is published on schedule.

Administrative Support:

Helping with record-keeping and maintaining organised editorial systems.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and across multiple projects.

A keen eye for detail, ensuring content is polished and consistent before publication.

Willingness to take ownership of projects and suggest improvements and/or new approaches to enhance projects in your care.

Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities, ensuring clear and effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders across all levels.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and respond quickly to emerging trends or challenges.
