Digital Content & Communications Coordinator (Hybrid)

About the role
We're looking for a creative, digital savvy communicator to join our Marketing team as a Digital Content & Communications Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, who has a passion for storytelling, is experienced in design and has a keen understanding of AI platforms and how to best engage audiences across digital platforms.
Working closely with, and reporting to, our Group Marketing Insights Manager, supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives that help grow our three brands.
This hybrid role includes two remote working days per week with one day spent collaborating in a communal co-working environment in Manchester.
Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
Plan, create and manage both internal and external newsletter campaigns.
Capture and produce photo and video content across our venues.
Utilise AI tools and creative platforms, such as Adobe Express, Suno and Chat GPT to create, edit and publish engaging content.
Maintain and update company websites with fresh copy, imagery and video content.
Monitor and analyse customer feedback across four key review platforms.
Manage all third-party platforms, ensuring imagery, content, promotions, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
Develop, grow and engage our social media presence, using insights to optimise performance.
Plan and publish regular blog content to support campaigns and seasonal activity.
Track upcoming sports fixtures, Excel show, local events and food and drink awareness days to inform marketing plans and content calendars.
Review and report on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and opportunities.
Participate in weekly meetings with the Sales team and business partners to ensure strategic alignment.
Conduct competitor analysis to guide content creation and campaigns
About you
The ideal candidate will bring at least
one year of hands-on experience working with a variety of AI tools and platforms
, showing both curiosity and confidence in applying emerging technologies to content creation.
Previous marketing or communications experience
is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
The role requires occasional travel to our sites in East London, typically every six weeks or as business needs arise.
We're looking for someone proactive, innovative, and adaptable, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong self-motivation and independence.
Salary 28,000-30,000 FTE (pro-rated to 16,800-18,000 for 3 days per week)
