TALA, known for activewear that keeps up with busy lifestyles, has been on a rocket ship since its founding in 2019 by entrepreneur Grace Beverley. Built on largely organic socials, today we are a digital-first, multichannel women's athleisure brand with a multi-faceted growth and retention strategy, trading on impressive numbers. TALA recently opened a 2,000-square-foot, double-fronted Store on London's iconic Carnaby Street as part of our ambitious growth strategy, backed by a recent funding round.



We're looking for a Digital Coordinator to join our growing team in London. This role reports to the Head of Digital. You will work closely with most departments, including the merchandising team and the Creative team. This is a full-time role, based at our office in SW London.



Tasks



Day to day, you will:



Build new homepages and feature pages in Shopify themes 2.0 Navigation and collection page management, working closely with merch team. Investigate and implement new shopify apps and tools to drive conversion. Site checks and new functionality testing SEO optimizations: Work with the SEO agency and brand team to implement SEO-optimized copy, meta data, and keywords across the site. Project work support: Assist Head of Digital with ad hoc website project work Website reporting: Pull weekly reports, graphs and provide insights Specific Traffic grouping content management Implement different content and copy across our key regions

Requirements



Skills needed:



Shopify expert - ideally experience with the Shopify theme 2.0 platform Exceptional organization and prioritization skills Strong communication skills to work closely with other departments Team player Ability to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines
