As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Digital Content Creator Apprentice to join our dynamic Marketing Team based in our busy Industrial Sales Office in Chester-le-Street.

The Role

As a Digital Content Creator Apprentice, you'll help shape the way our brand is seen across the web and social media. You'll create engaging, high-quality digital content that showcases our expertise and connects with our audiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

:

Design and produce creative marketing materials for email campaigns, social media, video content, exhibitions, and presentations.

Develop engaging written and visual content for our websites, blogs, and newsletters.

Manage and schedule content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and our company websites.

Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns -- ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights, suggesting improvements based on data.

Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, clients, and partners to support brand visibility and lead generation.

Review and analyse content performance, reporting on success and recommending optimisations.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Ensure all content adheres to legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines.

About You

We're looking for a motivated, creative individual who's eager to learn and ready to contribute ideas. You don't need years of experience -- just enthusiasm, initiative, and a passion for digital content and marketing.

You'll have

Desirable Skills

Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other packages.

Basic photography or video editing skills (e.g., GoPro, smartphones).

A small content portfolio (videos, reels, blogs, or social posts) is highly desirable.
