The position:
We're seeking a talented Digital Content Creator to join our creative team, responsible for producing high-quality visual content across multiple digital platforms. This role combines hands-on AI image generation with agency relationship management for CGI outputs, while creating compelling graphics that drive engagement across e-commerce, retail media, and social channels.
The successful applicant will work 40 hours per week (08:30am - 17:00pm).
The role will involve hybrid working (2 days in the office and 3 days from home). This will be discussed at interview.
Duties and responsibilities:
AI & CGI content production
Create original visual content using AI image generation tools, maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
Support the day-to-day relationship with external CGI agencies (where required).
Prepare and deliver briefs to our agency partners on CGI requirements and oversee project delivery from concept to completion.
Review and present all CGI output to the Creative Lead for final approval, ensuring alignment with creative vision and brand guidelines.
Coordinate timelines and deliverables between internal teams and external agency partners.
Graphic design and digital assets
Design engaging infographics for digital platforms, translating complex information into visually compelling formats.
Develop bespoke A+ content for Amazon listings that enhances product storytelling and conversion.
Create banner ads and visual assets for retail media campaigns across various platforms.
Produce social media content optimised for platform-specific requirements and audience engagement.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
Collaboration and quality control
Work closely with the Creative Lead to implement content strategies and creative concepts.
Collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to understand content requirements.
Ensure all content meets brand standards, technical specifications, and platform guidelines ahead of approval from the Creative Lead.
Stay current with emerging design trends, AI tools, and e-commerce best practices.
Person specification:
Essential requirements
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital formats.
Strong skills in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to create engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
Excellent attention to detail with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Desirable skills
An understanding of CGI production processes and workflows.
Knowledge of Amazon Seller/vendor Central and A+ Content Manager.
Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing.
Familiarity with retail media platforms (Amazon, B&Q, Tesco etc).
Proficiency with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Flux, Artlist etc).
Experience of designing retail media assets including banner ads and promotional graphics.
Experience of managing external agency relationships and vendor outputs.
