Digital Content Creator

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Creator to join our team and drive our digital presence to the next level.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience creating, managing, and distributing high-quality, engaging content across social media, web and email platforms. This role focuses on building brand awareness, driving engagement, and using SEO strategies and analytics to optimize performance and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

: Capture, write, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging content (text, video, graphics, audio) for various channels

Distribution & Promotion

: Oversee content publishing across websites, social media, blogs, and email

SEO & Analytics

: Apply SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and track performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) to optimize content effectiveness

Brand Consistency

: Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and user experience across all digital touchpoints

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong content creation skills across photography, video, multimedia tools, and print/digital brochures Expert-level knowledge of SEO and analytics Excellent copywriting and editing abilities Social media management across multiple platforms Website and blog management experience Email marketing campaign development and execution Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with digital marketing tools, platforms, and CRMs (e.g., Squarespace, Zapier, Mailchimp, Pipedrive, Salesforce Marketing Suite) Creative mindset with ability to develop fresh, trend-leading content ideas

What We Offer

Competitive salary: Full time from 40,000 per annum (depending on experience) Full-time, permanent position/part-time considered for the right candidate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Company pension scheme 20 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays)
