The Role

We're looking for a

Digital Content Creator

who can bring ideas to life across email, social media, and creative content. Someone who thrives in a busy but fun environment and enjoys variety in their work.

This is a creative, hands-on role with real opportunity for progression. You'll expand your knowledge across digital marketing, grow your strategic thinking, and have the freedom to shape campaigns that make a difference.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation:

Plan, design, and publish campaign content that tells each client's story with clarity and creativity.

Videography & Photography:

Capture high-quality photos and videos that bring each brand's story to life. Plan, shoot, and edit visual content for campaigns, social media, and events, ensuring every frame aligns with the client's creative vision and marketing goals.

Creative Design:

Use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce striking visuals for digital and print marketing.

Email Marketing:

Build, design, and send campaigns through Brevo, using automation tools to create smart, high-performing journeys.

Social Media:

Create engaging content for multiple brands across different platforms. Write captions that connect with real people and design visuals that stand out.

Website Management:

Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus, as you'll help update pages, post blogs, and optimise visuals.

Organisation and Delivery:

Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and keep communication clear and proactive. You'll report to the Marketing Director and collaborate closely with the wider team.

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment

Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

Understanding of email marketing, social media management, videography, photography and content planning

Knowledge of WordPress would be advantageous

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A creative eye for design and storytelling

Clear, human communication - with clients, teammates, and suppliers
