We are seeking a versatile, creative, and motivated

Digital Content Creator / Marketing Specialist

to join our dynamic team. This is a fully

onsite position

, perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio-style environment and has a passion for multimedia storytelling, video production, and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate will not only create engaging content but also feel confident presenting on camera--both solo and alongside colleagues--using a natural speaking tone and strong on-screen presence to help bring our brand stories to life.

Key Responsibilities Digital Content Creation & Video Production



Develop engaging, original content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media Write compelling scripts for video content and assist in shaping creative direction Confidently present on camera with a clear, natural speaking voice and professional tone Participate in on-camera content with others, demonstrating strong communication and presence Film and produce high-quality videos using professional camera equipment (DSLR, mirrorless, lighting, audio gear) Direct video shoots, support on-camera talent, and oversee content flow during production Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software Optimise all content--written, visual, and video--for SEO and digital performance Manage and update content within WordPress and other CMS platforms Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategies aligned to brand and business goals Use basic HTML/CSS to refine web content presentation Conduct keyword research using Google Analytics and similar tools Plan and schedule social media content, engage with audiences, and contribute to online community building Support B2B marketing initiatives with targeted and effective content Assist with photography, graphic design, and other visual media tasks Track performance metrics and adjust content strategies for maximum impact

(Optional) Technical/IT Tasks



(Include only if you still want light technical duties in the role)

Assist with basic website maintenance (updates, backups, checks) Provide simple first-line support for software or system issues

Required Skills & Qualifications Digital Content, Video & Marketing Skills



Proven experience in digital content creation, marketing, or multimedia production Confident and comfortable presenting on camera, with a clear and natural speaking voice Ability to present alongside others, contributing positively to group-based video content Skilled in scriptwriting, storyboarding, and creative concept development Experience directing or guiding video shoots Proficient in operating professional camera equipment and studio setups Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools Solid understanding of SEO and social media marketing strategies Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and content management practices Knowledge of Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools Photography, graphic design, or visual storytelling experience is highly desirable Familiarity with email marketing and social media scheduling platforms
