Digital Content Creator

to bring our listings to life and elevate our digital presence.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and detail-driven

Digital Content Creator (Photographer/Videographer)

to join head up our marketing team. Your main responsibility will be capturing high-quality images and videos of properties, producing floorplans, and uploading content across our digital platforms including social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Photograph and film residential and commercial properties across our portfolio. Create engaging video walkthroughs and promotional reels. Produce and edit floorplans using property software. Upload and manage multimedia content on social media platforms and property portals. Collaborate with the Lettings and Sales teams to ensure visual content aligns with our brand. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in property photography, video production, and social media. Represent James Laurence Estate Agents in a professional and friendly manner during client appointments.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience in photography and videography Strong editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop). Experience with floorplan software (e.g., Metropix or similar) - training can be provided. A creative eye and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and time management skills. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
