We are currently recruiting a

Digital Content Executive

to join our retail team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to build their experience across digital content, ecommerce and marketing within a respected British heritage brand. You'll gain exposure to many areas of the business including luxury menswear, womenswear, legal and e-commerce collections.

The Role

As a

Digital Content Executive

, you will help create and manage engaging content for our website, social media channels and in-store marketing. You'll work closely with the wider retail team to support photoshoots, product launches and seasonal campaigns. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their digital or creative career in a hands-on, varied role.

Key Responsibilities

Photoshoots

Help coordinate ecommerce photoshoots by preparing stock, creating image lists and quality-checking images Assist with planning and supporting lifestyle campaign shoots

Web Content and Ecommerce

Update and manage website content including banners, product listings, collection pages, and size guides Write short articles or collection introductions for website pages Use Shopify to upload images, edit product information and help keep the site up to date Help ensure pages are visually merchandised and on brand

Social Media

Capture and edit photos and videos for social media (Instagram, Pinterest and others) Create and prepare engaging content for approval and posting

In-Store Marketing Support

Create and update in-store signage, POS and window graphics Support print production and the delivery of in-store marketing materials

Email Marketing

Help create marketing emails and newsletters using brand imagery and copy

Customer Service and Ad Hoc Support

Provide occasional help with social media or email customer queries Support wider retail and marketing projects as needed

About You

Some experience in digital content, ecommerce, marketing or fashion Experience using Shopify, Canva, photoshop or similar creative tools Keen eye for detail and good written communication skills Basic photo or video editing ability and an interest in content creation Enthusiastic, organised and keen to learn in a fast-paced retail environment Appreciation for craftsmanship, luxury and heritage style and an interest in fashion.
