Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Production (Primary Focus)
End-to-End Content Creation:
Independently conceptualize, film, and edit engaging, on-brand, and viral-potentialshort-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) for all organic and paid social channels.
Paid Ad Variation:
Work closely with the Paid Ads Manager to create and deliver a consistent stream of content variations (A/B testing) specifically optimized for performance marketing campaigns.
Asset Management:
Maintain an organized library of all video and photo assets, ensuring brand consistency and easy retrieval.
Source & Coordinate Talent:
Proactively source, hire, and manage external talent (models, creators) for content shoots, managing the budget and logistics for each production.
2. Organic Social Media Management
Regular Publishing:
Manage the daily/weekly content calendar and schedule posts across all relevant social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Trendjacking:
Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, and formats, quickly adapting and implementing them into Karaama's content strategy.
Community Engagement (Support):
Assist the Social Media Assistant by engaging with high-value comments, DMs, and user-generated content (UGC) to foster community growth and content feedback.
3. Influencer & Creator Collaboration
Outreach & Management:
Identify, reach out to, and establish relationships with relevant micro/macro-influencers and content creators for collaboration and gifting programs.
Collaboration Content:
Work directly with influencers and creators to guide content creation, ensuring it meets brand standards while maintaining authenticity.
4. Strategy & Analysis
Performance Insight:
Track content performance metrics (views, engagement, saves, CTR, conversion rate for paid ads) to identify winning concepts and refine the content strategy accordingly.
Feedback Loop:
Implement a rapid feedback loop, translating ad performance data provided by the Paid Ads Manager into new creative hypotheses and content concepts.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, specifically within a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce environment.
Video Production Mastery:
Expert proficiency in shooting and editing short-form video content using mobile devices and professional editing apps (e.g., CapCut, VN, InShot) and/or desktop software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
Aesthetic & Brand Sense:
A strong visual eye and deep understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, capable of creating content that is both high-quality and culturally relevant.
Self-Starter:
The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results in a lean team structure.
Platform Expertise:
Deep, current knowledge of best practices, algorithms, and emerging features for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
