Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Content Editor Analyst (Level 11) to join our Midlands Delivery Centre team, supporting a global automotive client. You'll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with creatives, UX specialists, and developers to create and maintain high-quality, brand-compliant content across web platforms.
Reporting to the Content Team Lead, you'll use CMS tools to update, edit, and publish content, ensuring an optimal user experience aligned with digital best practices and client brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build, update and maintain web content across client websites and digital tools using a content management system (e.g., AEM or SharePoint).
  • Interpret briefs to create and adapt digital content, following structured workflows and processes.
  • Ensure content is accurate, brand-compliant, and functions correctly across different browsers and devices before submitting for QA.
  • Troubleshoot formatting or display issues and escalate where required.
  • Participate in team briefings and communicate effectively with delivery leads to clarify tasks and priorities.
  • Maintain high standards for digital quality and consistency, contributing to a "right-first-time" delivery ethos.
  • Understand the connection between backend CMS structure and frontend user experience, optimizing content layout and linking strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a structured and efficient manner
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and escalate as needed
  • Enthusiasm for digital content and experience working in CMS platforms
Preferred:
  • Previous experience with CMS tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SharePoint, or similar
  • Familiarity with digital publishing workflows, QA processes, and cross-browser/content testing
  • Experience in a creative agency or digital delivery environment is a plus
