We are now seeking a highly creative and proactive
Content Creation Manager
to lead our social presence, influencer partnerships, and digital storytelling.
Role Overview
The Content Creation Manager will be the driving force behind the brand's creative output -- from producing videos to managing social channels, building influencer relationships, and generating fresh, innovative marketing ideas.
This role suits someone who is hands-on, fast-thinking, and passionate about purpose-driven content within Muslim communities.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
Manage, grow, and optimise all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Plan and publish consistent content that reflects our brand values and mission.
Respond to DMs, comments, and community engagement in a timely manner.
Track performance metrics to guide future content.
2. Content Creation & Video Production
Film, produce, and edit high-quality short-form videos for all platforms.
Create graphics, reels, stories, educational explainer videos, and user-generated style content.
Ensure all content is polished, impactful, and aligned with Islamic values.
Manage the full content lifecycle -- concept ? script ? shoot ? edit ? publish.
3. Influencer Relationship Building
Identify and engage Muslim influencers, TikTok creators, scholars, and community figures.
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including briefing, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines.
Maintain ongoing positive relationships and a structured influencer database.
4. Content Strategy & Campaign Innovation
Develop and implement data-driven content strategies supporting organisational objectives.
Generate fresh, creative ideas for marketing campaigns, challenges, collaborations, and awareness weeks.
Work with designers, videographers, writers, and external agencies where required.
Ensure messaging is consistent across all channels and campaigns.
5. Market & Trend Analysis
Stay ahead of trends in fintech, charity tech, Muslim philanthropy, social media, and influencer culture.
Analyse best-performing content across competitors and global Islamic giving platforms.
Identify new opportunities for growth, storytelling, and user engagement.
6. Content Team Leadership
Manage external content creators, freelancers, and video editors if required.
Provide creative direction, quality control, and workflow management.
Uphold brand guidelines, tone of voice, and storytelling standards.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand, charity, or fast-paced start-up.
Strong experience in hands-on content creation-- especially filming and editing short-form videos.
Demonstrated success working with influencers or managing influencer marketing campaigns.
Track record of generating creative marketing ideas and executing them.
Strong understanding of Muslim digital audiences and cultural sensitivities.
Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure with quick turnaround times.
Familiarity with Islamic giving, charity work, or Zakah (ideal but not essential)
