We are seeking a creative, proactive, and capable
Social Media & Digital Content Manager
to take full responsibility for our firm's online presence. You will manage and develop the firm's digital strategy, ensuring that our social media and online communications consistently reflect our professional image and growth.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the firm's online communication and brand presence. You will plan, create, and execute engaging content that highlights the firm's values, achievements, and expertise across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the firm's
social media strategy
across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X/Twitter
Create and publish engaging, professional, and visually appealing content (posts, stories, short videos, articles)
Design graphics, marketing materials, and visuals using
Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express
, or similar tools
Capture and edit photos/videos for use in online posts and campaigns
Manage and monitor engagement across platforms, responding to messages and comments professionally
Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights
Maintain and optimise the firm's
Google Business
and other online listings
Collaborate with management to align digital strategy with business goals
Stay up to date with current social media trends and legal sector digital practices
Essential Skills and Experience
Proven experience
managing professional or business social media accounts
Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Excellent understanding of audience engagement, analytics, and content planning
Proficiency with design and editing tools (e.g.
Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express
)
Basic photography and video editing abilities
Understanding of
SEO
,
Google Business
, and online visibility strategies
Highly organised, reliable, and able to work independently
Professional attitude and ability to represent a law firm's tone and values online
Strong sense of initiative with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies
