British European Aviation Ltd is one of the largest light aviation companies in the United Kingdom and is involved in Aircraft Sales, Private Charter, Commercial Charter, Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation Member events, Flight Training as well as Airfield Operations.

Owning both Heli Air Ltd and Booker Aviation, we have a fleet of helicopters and planes, so there is a ton of amazing content to be created. We are looking to find an individual to work closely with Senior Management to create and manage the companies social media content and be a key part in expanding new areas of our business and boosting sales in our existing business. Job Title: Digital Content Manger and Creator

Department: Marketing

Reporting To: Commercial Director

Responsible For: Supporting, developing, and maintaining digital content across the organisation's online platforms and Creating, Drafting, issuing, and editing digital content.

Internal Relationships: Training and Operations Teams / Engineering / Commercial Team / Directors / Human Resources

External Relationships: Software providers of digital marketing platforms, External Marketing Agency currently used, Customers and suppliers of BEA Group

Main Job Purpose:

Helping to shape and implement the future of BEA Groups' digital strategy, the successful candidate will utilise their skills to help us enhance our already growing business.

You will be contracted to work 5 days per week. Most of this will be in the office at Wycombe Air Park for which you will be provided an exclusive work space. However, you will be expected to regularly travel to other bases and attend various events around the UK to create content. By this nature, you will be expected to work weekends when necessary.

Key Tasks:

Content Creation - The successful applicant will be working with all of our brands with the objective to promote our products, services and values to ultimately achieve more revenue safely. You will be using your skills to capture and publicise the strategic projects using various forms of media including photography and videography. Coordinating digital submission from external suppliers.

General Company Marketing - Schedule and manage the organisation's digital content, including; website, social media and internal newsletters whilst adhering to company brand guidelines.

Company Brand - Provide suggestions to continue to enhance the brand guidelines across the group and provide creative input on any other promotional material to be created (brochures for the flying schools etc).

Wider department support - Supporting the wider Graphic Design Team with workload and project tasks.

Qualification requirements:

Videography Skills and experience (Required) Relevant Bachelor's degree (Preferred but not essential)
Experience/Competencies Required:

Experience with Adobe Premier Pro, Vegas Pro or equivalent video editing software The ability to film, edit videos or short films A creative eye for photography/videography Passion for story telling Excellent copywriting skills Capable of preparing and reviewing written communications Full UK driving licence An outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal/communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently and with initiative Experience of working with minimal supervision, organising and prioritising own workload A flexible approach to working hours and practices Ability to prioritise and multitask Able to show good attention to detail with an eye for design aesthetic Experience of maintaining strict confidentiality, using tact and diplomacy where applicable Knowledge of health & safety, equal opportunities, diversity and GDPR legislation/issues Ability to complete tasks proactively and deliver result
