We are a boutique organic and vegan grocery brand based in South London.
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced team member to lead our digital identity and boost our online sales channels.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our stores and office. Remote work is not available due to visual production and in-store branding responsibilities.
Must-Haves
Preferred age range: Applicants born between 1995-1999 are encouraged to apply. This reflects the age group of our current creative and retail team and supports cultural alignment and teamwork within the workplace.
Bachelor's degree in Art, Culture & Management or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital campaigns (retail/culture industry preferred)
Managed a social media account with 40K+ followers
Strong portfolio of visual content (posters, reels, campaigns)
Proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign
Canva, Microsoft Excel & Word
Google SEO (basic)
Autodesk Maya (basic 3D)
Photography skills (lighting, composition, product shots)
Background in customer service or retail
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
Nice to Have
Shopify store experience
Interest in vegan/organic lifestyle
Turkish language skills (bonus)
Responsibilities
Plan and produce digital content (Instagram, Shopify, etc.)
Create visual assets: product shoots, reels, posters
Manage the content calendar and analyse performance
Update listings and optimize visuals on Shopify
Support visual branding in-store
Develop new creative ideas to grow brand visibility

Pay: 39,000.00 per year
