You'll join the operations team. The roles' primary goal is to support senior leadership to communicate our journey and offerings to the world. You'll work to ensure the widest possible audience know about us, decision makers want to interact with us, and we present ourselves in person and online in a positive and appealing fashion.
Responsibilities
Ownership of the company story (past, present, future)
Management of our social media
Management of our website
Management of the events agenda
Designing our stands at physical events
Dissemination of talking points, and training of staff for events
Producing figures and videos that explain our core technology and products to different audiences, both technical and non-technical
Compiling the product brochure
Improving our branding and messaging, and/or tailoring it for different audiences and cultures around the world
Requirements
Events management, online presence management, brochure development, branding
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
Digital design, storyboarding/storytelling, persona development, presenting
A background in restaurant or hotel operations is preferred but not essential.
Strong time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
