Digital Designer
Salary: 45,000 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: 1 Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HP
Contract: Permanent, full time
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Work model: Hybrid (2 days in office, might be subject to change)

Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a Dynamic Digital Designer to join our fast-paced, on-site Creative team within a major client account in Canary Wharf. You'll be an independent thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with both the client and our global team to produce compelling design solutions across digital and print platforms.
In this role, you'll represent the Creative team, delivering high-impact, brand-consistent content and contributing to innovative campaign strategies. You'll be passionate about turning complex content into visually engaging experiences, and bring a keen eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude to every project.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and solutions-focused designer who is equally comfortable concepting, presenting ideas, and rolling up their sleeves to deliver exceptional creative work at pace.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver integrated creative campaigns and branded content across digital and print platforms Create engaging layouts, infographics, microsites, and animations that align with brand guidelines Collaborate closely with the client, maintaining strong relationships and proactively managing expectations Interpret briefs, challenge assumptions, and provide strategic creative input Work with the Creative Director and broader team to develop new ideas and visual concepts Maintain consistent brand application across formats and channels Deliver pixel-perfect artwork for digital and final-ready files for print Provide technical advice on digital and print production where needed Manage your own workload effectively to meet deadlines and budgets Quality control of all creative output -- accuracy is essential Adapt to and utilize workflow/project management software

What You Bring
We're looking for someone with strong technical design skills, excellent client communication abilities, and a proactive mindset. You'll be a team player who shares knowledge, supports others, and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality work.
Essential Skills & ExperienceFormal design training and/or significant industry experience Strong conceptual skills with the ability to develop innovative creative within corporate brand guidelines Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Visual Studio Code) Experience with digital design including animation/motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) Confident HTML/CSS skills; understanding of JavaScript and SharePoint Experience designing and coding campaign microsites and landing pages Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects under pressure Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Strong understanding of print production processes Calm, mature, and professional under pressure Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)Knowledge of Adobe AEM Smart Forms Photography and videography skills Knowledge of AR/VR technologies Voiceover editing or direction experience
