This is a broad and practical role where you'll work across
websites, Odoo ERP product data, e-commerce functionality, SEO, and digital operations
. You'll play a key role in improving our online performance and supporting growth across our family of paddlesports brands.
You'll work closely with Directors and the wider team, becoming the central point of accountability for all digital activity.
This is
not a people-management role

What You'll Do
Website & E-commerce
Maintain and update our websites across multiple brands
Improve site structure, navigation, user experience, and product presentation
Manage product listings, categories and content updates
Troubleshoot functional and technical website issues
Odoo (ERP) Product Data
Create, manage and optimise product records, variants, pricing and assets
Improve data flow and accuracy between Odoo and our websites
Ensure consistent and accurate product information across all sales platforms
SEO & Digital Marketing
Conduct SEO audits and implement on-site improvements
Improve rankings for key brands and product ranges
Manage metadata, redirects, alt-tags and search performance
Monitor analytics and track improvements using defined KPIs
Digital Operations & Support
Work with Directors to prioritise digital workstreams
Help refine workflows around product launches and new ranges
Support content creation where required (basic image editing, uploads)
Assist with general digital troubleshooting and light IT tasks when needed
About You

Basic Photoshop or image editing

26,000-45,000 per year

Working Arrangement
This is an
on-site role
at our HQ in Attleborough, Norfolk.
Hands-on collaboration works best for our digital operations, particularly with Odoo data, website updates, product workflows and SEO. Limited flexibility may be considered for the right candidate, but this is primarily an on-site position.
