Michael John Guzzon is a contemporary luxury hair salon and haircare brand based in Notting Hill. We create elevated beauty experiences with a strong focus on craftsmanship, natural performance and modern aesthetic identity.

We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a Head of Digital & E-Commerce to lead our online brand experience, website performance, and digital content direction.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing and growing our online store, shaping our digital visual identity, and driving online sales. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update the mjguzzon.com website and e-commerce platform (Shopify or similar). Improve online user experience and purchase journey. Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, and merchandising. Lead digital content creation: campaign visuals, product imagery, landing pages. Oversee content calendar and storytelling across social and email marketing. Monitor digital performance metrics and propose growth strategies. Coordinate with salon team, photographers, creatives and external partners when needed.
What We're Looking For

Experience in e-commerce management and digital content creation. Strong visual taste and brand awareness. Confidence in planning, producing or directing digital assets. Familiarity with Shopify (or similar), analytics tools, and email marketing. Proactive, organised, and able to work independently with ownership of outcomes. An interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits

40,000/year salary Performance-based bonus 5% commission on e-commerce sales growth 5% commission on new retail partner placements Hybrid working (remote + in-salon creative days)
