As the Digital Experience Specialist, you will contribute to the delivery of a compelling and commercially driven online customer experience. With a strong foundation in digital merchandising, content planning, and customer journey optimisation, you will apply your theoretical knowledge and practical experience to enhance conversion, user engagement, and brand alignment.


In this role, your work contributes towards the delivery of COS digital experience team strategies which include conversion rate optimisation, VM and customer journey planning, e-commerce expansion, SEO & DX vendor support.


What you will do:

Digital Experience Planning: Develop and execute quarterly Digital Experience (DX) plans aligned with brand strategy, combining customer insights, buying strategy, and marketing. Customer Journey Oversight: Ensure consistency and impact across all digital touchpoints globally, by overseeing the customer journey execution. Experience Optimisation: Apply visual merchandising guidelines, personalisation tools, and best practices to optimise the online customer experience. Data Analysis & Performance Insights: Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and share actionable insights with regional teams. Content & Page Management: Own and manage briefs for category pages and landing templates, ensuring they meet brand and commercial standards. Testing & Experimentation: Coordinate assets and content for CRO and A/B testing initiatives, supporting data-driven experimentation. Collaborative Content Development: Work with brand, content, and SEO teams to balance storytelling with performance and enhance product discoverability. Tool & Vendor Coordination: Act as a tool and vendor specialist for assigned tools, supporting cross-functional delivery of new features and maintaining documentation for operational efficiency.

What you need to succeed



Organisation: You have exceptional organisational skills and adhere to deadlines Data Driven Decision Making: You Champion the digital customer experience by advocating for customer insights and data-driven decision-making across teams Communication: Your excellent verbal and written communication skills motivate others and drive goals forward. You are a confident presenter able to communicate plans, insights, and recommendations effectively to a range of stakeholders Collaboration: You are flexible in your ability to collaborate with others and work independently, taking initiative based on the task and objective Commerciality: You have strong visual and commercial acumen with the ability to balance brand aesthetics and performance Ability to Influence: You are able to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders, effectively aligning them with your strategic priorities and customer-focused ideas through clear communication, data-driven insights, and collaborative engagement. Tools: Use appropriate software's and tools (e.g. GA4, Content square, Fredhopper, A/B testing tools) to execute a project or task in the most logical and efficient way.
