An opportunity has arisen to join our team based in Witham St Hughs, on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will help develop a growing sector in the business. This role provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external users of Digital applications.

Ideal candidate

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service environment
  • IT technical skills and knowledge is not required for this role
  • Previous background in agriculture is not essential
  • Passionate about providing an excellent standard of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
  • Possess confidence and clear presentation abilities
  • Demonstrate data analysis skills to provide accurate reports
  • Diagnostic skills to ensure all information is obtained in an efficient manner
  • Ability to react quickly and calmly to issues
  • Able to quickly learn information and a proven ability to record accurate notes and documentation
  • Enthusiastic to learn and research new technologies and systems
  • Ability to understand how users interact with our systems
  • Ability to effectively organise your own workload and prioritise, whilst managing frequent incoming queries from customers
The role - Key responsibilities
  • First point of contact and representative for Frontiers Digital applications
  • First point of contact for customers with issues relating to third party hardware
  • Take an active role in the user experience, ensuring that newly on-boarded customers receive necessary training and assistance
  • Use data analytics and usage reports to drive customer re-engagement
  • Provide training, guidance and support to internal and external customers
  • Create user guides, video tutorials and help content
  • Present digital updates to farmer customers and Regional Agronomy and Farm Trader/Sales teams as required
  • Provide remote support on a range of agricultural technology and mobile devices
  • Provide remote support on our own web-application, MySOYL and iOS app, iSOYL
  • Maintain existing hardware systems for our field-based teams
  • Provide CLAAS support to customers
  • Provide weekend support on agreed rota.
  • Work proactively across the department and promote collaboration
  • Identify customer needs through effective searching questions and feedback
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to commercial teams
  • To create and maintain user accounts whilst maintaining data integrity
