Digital Growth Executive

, you'll play a key role in delivering performance-driven marketing activity across SEO, paid media, email marketing, and content. You'll already be confident in the fundamentals and excited to deepen your impact in a collaborative, results-oriented environment.

We work with ambitious businesses across the UK and beyond, and we're looking for someone equally ambitious to help drive their digital growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Create and schedule compelling digital content across blogs, social channels and email Support and optimise paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and others) Monitor performance using analytics tools and contribute insights to client reports Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO content optimisation Assist with email campaigns, segmentation, and engagement analysis Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and internal documents Collaborate closely with designers, developers and account managers Stay on top of digital trends and tools to continuously improve campaign performance

What You'll Bring

At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, agency or in-house Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms - particularly Google Ads, SEO, social media, and email marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and an eagerness to grow Experience using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva), and email software (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) Experience with analytics dashboards, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing
