In this vital role, you'll support residents to develop digital confidence, connect with vital services, and improve their wellbeing in an increasingly digital world.


What does it mean to be an Anchor Digital Inclusion Officer?




Champion Digital Access:

Lead the way in making sure every resident can access essential services and connect online, driving digital inclusion across Anchor communities.

Deliver Impactful Services:

Deliver the Be Digitalservice offer and gather valuable resident feedback to continuously improve and shape our digital inclusion efforts.

Inspire and Empower:

Coach residents at every stage of their digital journey, breaking down barriers and helping them build skills and confidence.

Collaborate:

Work hand-in-hand with residents and partners to develop tailored digital solutions and inclusive strategies that truly reflect resident needs.

Drive Engagement:

Increase resident use of digital platforms, including our wellbeing service Be Well,boosting access to health and social support.

Lead Communication Efforts:

Act as the Communications & Marketing Lead for key digital inclusion projects, ensuring clear and effective outreach and engagement.
