As our
Digital & Instructional Design Manager
,
you will be:
Leading and managing the instructional design team, digital learning developers and media delivery.
Supporting the delivery of technology enhanced learning & teaching solutions for all known and future applications, systems, and techniques for both online and blended programme delivery
Oversee the design, development, and evaluation of online courses and learning materials
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for online learning materials.
Provide training and support to staff on online learning tools and technologies.
Is this you?:
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
Team leadership experience
Prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
Experience in instructional design, preferably within higher education
Inspire and motivate the team to achieve high standards and foster a positive work environment
Clearly convey ideas and instructions and actively listen to feedback from team members and stakeholders.
