To ensure that digital outputs are created and delivered to meet project


requirements.
What you'll be doing




Manage the internal CADM (Computer Aided Draughting and 3D Modelling) team

in the production of 2D drawings and 3D models for mechanical and electrical


disciplines. This includes the production of M&E specific documentation such as


piping isometrics etc

Create and support Digital & CADM strategies and plans across BBK.
Manage and oversee external consultants in the delivery of CADM scope.
Manage and oversee multiple external consultants and internal CADM teams to

provide integrated solutions.

Progressive Quality, Short interval control and model coordination applications -

i.e. BIM 360 Suite

Manage and oversee space coordination and space management for all

disciplines.

Maintain personal expertise and knowledge to ensure that the business stream is at the forefront of the industry both technically and in using the latest

technologies and standards



Who we're looking for






Understanding ISO 19650 Standards and Protocols, contracts and documentations
BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng, HND/HDC or qualified by experience with an understanding and proven delivery of infrastructure projects
Understanding of asset data (e.g. COBie) requirement as per PAS1192-4
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit.
Proficient in the use of CADMep, CADduct, Inventor, Plant 3D, Synchro or PDMS would be advantageous.
Proficient in the use of software set-up in accordance with national standards and

best practice guidelines.

Proficient in the creation and integration of 3D models.
Ability to proactively work and contribute as part of a large team.
Effective skills in planning, organising and prioritising personal workload.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and other parties
Working knowledge of drawing revision and issuing protocols.
Experience in interpreting basic sketches, plans and specifications.
