Bring Green Skills Learning to Life
We're seeking a creative and detail-orientated Digital Learning & Curriculum Designer to help us enhance our training offerings across sustainability, retrofit, and clean energy. From building engaging blended learning journeys to digitising course materials, you'll play a central role in scaling and enhancing the impact of our learning programmes.
What you'll be doing
Designing and developing interactive, accessible content across multiple formats (e-learning, slide decks, workbooks, media)
Working with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with real-world industry needs
Leading course builds in our LMS (currently Docebo), optimising learner experience and interactivity
Improving and updating existing materials to enhance accessibility, consistency, and learner engagement
Developing meaningful assessments aligned with awarding body standards (e.g. SQA, NOCN)
Championing user-centred design and digital innovation in learning
What you'll bring
Proven experience designing content for adult, vocational, and young learners, with a focus on adapting materials to suit diverse developmental stages and learning needs
Strong instructional design skills and proficiency with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adapt, Canva)
Experience using an LMS (Docebo or similar)
Ability to simplify technical content and create engaging, inclusive learning materials
Collaborative approach and a passion for impactful learning
