About the Role



PageTiger is looking for a talented and experienced

Digital Learning & Development Content Designer

to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing and shaping the content for hundreds of training courses, which will be transformed by our professional services team into ready-to-use templates for our global customer base.

Beyond content sourcing, you will design the flat plan for each course--strategically integrating PageTiger's interactive features to deliver exceptional learning experiences. These courses will not only enhance our product offering and provide valuable quick starts for customers, but also serve as powerful marketing tools to attract new customers and inspire millions across our existing global audience.

We're seeking a proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and can align learning initiatives with business goals. Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, you'll collaborate on high-impact customer projects with some of the world's leading organisations.

Key Responsibilities



Own the creation, management, and continuous improvement of PageTiger's L&D and HR content, ensuring excellence in both instructional quality and design. Collaborate with HR and Marketing to maintain a strategic roadmap for course development and redevelopment, prioritised for maximum business impact. Design and maintain a diverse portfolio of engaging training programmes, including leadership development, soft skills, technical training, and compliance. Partner with the Product team to identify and address platform limitations and opportunities for enhancement. Leverage PageTiger's platform to maximise accessibility and learning effectiveness, ensuring all materials are available online and easy to navigate. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging methodologies, and best practices to continuously innovate our L&D approach and platform capabilities. Monitor course template usage across the user base, evaluate effectiveness, and report insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications



Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Learning & Development role, ideally within a corporate setting. Degree in Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIPD or ILM are highly desirable.

Key Skills & Requirements



Proven experience in sourcing and developing high-quality L&D programmes using modern content creation tools. Excellent knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning technologies. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation. Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning methodologies. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

Remuneration



35,000 - 40,000 per year, dependent on experience.
