Digital Learning Designer
Grade: F
Salary: 37,938per annum (rising by annual increments to 40,476).

Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
Location: The service encourages flexible working and is open to flexible working options. The role will be based at Headquarters in either Salisbury or Poundbury with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices and we would welcome a conversation with the successful candidate on what type of flexible working arrangement will work best for you. There will be a requirement to attend your base location approximately 1 day a week for key activities and meetings

As a Digital Learning Designer in our Learning and Organisational Development Team, you will:
design and develop engaging digital learning solutions that support operational and organisational priorities
collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into accessible, user-friendly learning
ensure all digital learning meets accessibility standards and supports a diverse range of learners
contribute to the ongoing improvement of digital learning quality, branding, and consistency
support the rollout and optimisation of the Service's new Learning Management System (LMS)
What makes you our ideal Digital Learning Designer?
proven experience in designing high-quality digital learning using tools such as Articulate, Rise or similar
strong understanding of instructional design principles, accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG), and user-centred design
ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to shape learning content
creative, curious, and confident in bringing learning to life through digital storytelling
knowledge of public service learning environments or compliance-based training (desirable but not essential)
