As the Digital Learning and Development Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping and driving Southwark's digital learning offer, helping our workforce to learn, grow, and deliver outstanding services for our residents. Working as part of a small but dynamic Learning and Development team, you'll design and deliver innovative e-learning, blended learning, and digital development solutions that reach every corner of the council - from frontline services to senior leadership. You'll also play a vital role in analysing learning data to evaluate impact, identify trends, and drive ongoing improvement in how we deliver and measure learning. By staying ahead of emerging technologies and best practice, you'll help evolve our digital approach - embedding innovative tools and methods that boost engagement and performance. Ultimately, your work will ensure that learning at Southwark remains inclusive, forward-thinking, and transformative.
What you'll be doing:
Designing and delivering high-quality e-learning, blended learning, and digital development programmes that support Southwark's workforce strategy and drive meaningful impact across the council.

Collaborating with colleagues, subject matter experts, and partners to deliver innovative digital solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Championing inclusivity and accessibility in all learning activities, ensuring every colleague has the opportunity to develop and thrive.
