Thesleff Group is seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence across all platforms. This is a key role within our growing Marketing team, responsible for managing the digital ecosystem of some of London's most exciting hospitality brands.


From overseeing website performance, digital marketing and CRM strategy to leading paid social campaigns and optimising digital channels, the Digital Manager will play a vital role in driving guest engagement, brand visibility, and commercial growth.


This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, a data-led mindset, and a passion for innovation in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities




Oversee the digital performance and optimisation of all Thesleff Group websites ensuring they are visually engaging, conversion-focused, and on-brand. Lead and execute paid digital campaigns (social, display, search), working closely with creative and media partners. Own and evolve our CRM strategy - ensuring consistent guest communication, database segmentation, and email marketing campaigns (via Mailchimp or similar). Collaborate with content, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints. Monitor and report on key digital KPIs, using data insights to inform strategy and drive performance. Manage SEO efforts and maintain content freshness across digital platforms. Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity, proposing fresh ideas to enhance guest engagement and brand awareness. Support new venue launches and seasonal campaigns with tailored digital strategies.

Skills & Experience




5+ years' experience in a digital marketing, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors. Strong knowledge of website management, SEO, CRM systems, and paid digital advertising. Analytical and data-led with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Familiar with digital design formats and able to brief effectively into creative teams. Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
