Role Overview



We're on the lookout for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on paid media to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

This role will support both the core At Last Events brand and our music events division, playing a key part in driving awareness, engagement, and ticket sales through strategic, data-driven campaigns. Alongside paid media, you'll also contribute to broader digital marketing activity, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads Monitor and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to maximise return on investment Develop targeting strategies and test variations in creative and messaging Work closely with the creative team to brief and review ad content and assets Create and post engaging content across social media and digital platforms to support campaigns and brand activity Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote events, drive engagement, and nurture audience relationships Manage email marketing calendars, segment mailing lists, and ensure GDPR compliance Support organic digital activity including website updates and community engagement Produce regular performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email platform dashboards Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and industry best practices Assist in shaping and executing campaign strategies across the events calendar

Skills & Experience



Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms Strong knowledge of key digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPM, etc.) Confident using digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics Excellent attention to detail and ability to write engaging, persuasive copy Experience within the events or live entertainment industry is a bonus Understanding of conversion tracking and basic landing page optimisation Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously Creative thinker with a performance-driven mindset

Desirable Skills



Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools Knowledge of SEO principles Competence using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Basic video editing ability for social platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
